HB 115: Execution of Death Sentence
GENERAL BILL by Stafford ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Goodlette
Execution of Death Sentence; provides that person sentenced to death for capital crime prior to July 1, 2000, shall be executed by electrocution; provides for execution of death sentence by means of lethal injection if electrocution is held to be unconstitutional; prohibits specified persons from being required to assist in execution contrary to person's moral or ethical beliefs, etc. Amends 922.10,.106, 945.10; repeals 922.105.
