GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Silver

Eminent Domain/Municipalities; authorizes municipalities to exercise power of eminent domain for public school purposes; provides for repeal; includes specified hospital districts within entities authorized to avail themselves of specified provisions to take possession & title in advance of entry of final judgment in any eminent domain action; provides for expiration of specified provision. Amends 166.411, 74.011.
