GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Geller

Viatical Settlements; redefines terms "viatical settlement contract," "viatical settlement provider," "viator," "related provider trust," & "viatical settlement purchaser"; provides for disclosure to viatical settlement purchasers; provides for regulation of interstate conflicts; provides for contestability of viaticated policies; provides for grace period for unlicensed viatical settlement providers, etc. Amends Ch. 626.
