Florida Sports Authority Law; creates said law; creates Florida Sports Authority; provides for authority to operate Florida Sports Hall of Fame; provides for consultation with local officials; authorizes authority to apply for & obtain parimutuel wagering permit; provides conditions for relocation of public highways, entry on lands, waters, or premises, & regulation of public facilities by authority under certain circumstances; provides for eminent domain, etc.
