CS/SB 1366: Taxpayer/Assessment of Tax

GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Klein

Taxpayer/Assessment of Tax; provides for court to award attorney's fees & costs, as specified, when taxpayer contests assessment of tax, penalty, or interest or denial of refund re any tax imposed under certain provisions under Administrative Procedure Act; specifies time period within which DOR shall issue notice of decision when taxpayer contests such assessment, penalty, or interest or refund denial using informal conference procedures. Amends 120.80, 213.21.
