Sexual Predators & Sexual Offenders; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1400,1224) revises definition of term "conviction" to include conviction in another jurisdiction; expands scope of persons required to register as sexual predators; requires that DOC or custodian of local jail notify FDLE if sexual predator escapes from custody, absconds from supervision, or dies; revises criteria under which court may remove offender's designation as sexual predator, etc. Amends Chs. 775, 943, 944.
