GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Bronson

Law Enforcement; describes additional authorized joint city-county law enforcement activity by voluntary cooperation written agreement; defines terms "person authorized" & "authorized person" for purposes of provisions prohibiting trespass; specifies lawful arrest without warrant for trespass in secure areas of airports; provides for immunity from civil liability for arresting law enforcement officers under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
