CS/SB 1430: Constitutional Amendment/Elections
JOINT RESOLUTION by Ethics and Elections ; King
Constitutional Amendment/Elections; constitutional amendment to provide that future amendments to State Constitution be approved by majority of those voting at election in which amendment is considered in order for it to become effective, except that amendments imposing new state tax or fee will continue to require at least two-thirds vote of such electors. Amends ss. 5 & 7, Art. XI.
