SB 1454: Excess Utility Payment/Refund/PSC

GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite

Excess Utility Payment/Refund/PSC; provides for refund to certain utility customers who paid more under uniform rate structure than those customers would have paid under modified standalone rate structure; requires Public Service Commission to notify utility customers who are eligible for refund; requires PSC to verify eligibility for refund & requests Comptroller to issue payments, etc. Repeals 215.20(4)(n); amends 215.22, 350.113, 367.145. APPROPRIATION.
