GENERAL BILL by Geller

Child Pornography; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1284,1476,1528,1616) defines term "child pornography" for purposes of Obscene Literature; Profanity law; provides immunity from civil or criminal liability for reporting to law enforcement officer possession of child pornography or materials harmful to minors by another person or entity, unless person making report knows it to be false. Amends 847.001; creates 847.0139.
