GENERAL BILL by Governmental Rules & Regulations ; Corrections ; Trovillion

Supervision of Violent Offenders; creates "Supervision of Violent Offenders Act of 2000"; increases number of Parole Commission commissioners; provides that inmate who has committed any of specified crimes shall be subject to conditional release supervision; revises terms & conditions of conditional release supervision applicable to certain inmates convicted of specified offenses or sentenced as habitual or violent felony offender or violent career criminal, etc. Amends FS.
