Revenue Sharing with Municipalities; eliminates distribution of portion of cigarette tax revenues to Municipal Financial Asst. Trust Fund & Revenue Sharing TF for Municipalities; provides for annual distribution of portion of sales & use tax proceeds to Revenue Sharing TF for Municipalities; revises method for determining guaranteed entitlement for eligible municipalities from TF, etc. Amends 11.45, 163.3184, 210.20, 212.20, 218.21, 288.1169; repeals 200.132, 218.245(2)(d).
