Revenue Sharing with County Govts.; eliminates distribution of portion of intangible personal property tax revenues to Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties; increases distribution of sales & use tax proceeds to Local Government Half-cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund; provides for distribution of portion of sales & use tax proceeds to Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties; provides additional assurance to holders of bonds secured by shared funds, etc. Amends FS.
