CS/SB 1512: Campaign Finance Reform Act

GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Klein

Campaign Finance Reform Act; provides short title; revises definitions of terms "political committee" & "political advertisement"; eliminates provision that authorizes unrestricted expenditure of funds for purpose of jointly endorsing three or more candidates; provides additional requirements for registration of political committees & certification of committees of continuous existence, which relate to committee name, etc. Amends Ch. 106.
