GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Dyer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) King
Cigarettes/Sale & Distribution; requires Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Division to design cigarette tax stamps that will permit identification of agent or wholesale dealer that affixes stamp; prohibits sale & distribution of certain cigarettes not intended for sale or distribution in this country; provides for criminal penalties, administrative sanctions, & unfair trade practices; provides for enforcement by said division, etc. Amends 210.05,.19; creates 210.185.
