Long-term Care Ombudsman Program; provides duty of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to prepare & submit annual budget requests; provides duty to enter into cooperative agreement re investigation of Medicaid fraud; provides for consultation on rulemaking by Elderly Affairs Dept. re conflict of interest; provides relationship between office & departments of state government, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 20.41, 395.3025. APPROPRIATION: $80,000.
