GENERAL BILL by Real Property & Probate ; Goodlette
Business Entities/Merger/Conversion; deletes requirement that deed be recorded in order to transfer title to real property incident to merger; deletes requirement that deed be recorded in order to transfer title to real property incident to conversion of partnership or limited partnership; creates provision re conveyances incident to merger or conversion of business entity, etc. Amends 607.11101, 608.4383, 620.204,.8904,.8906; creates 694.16.
