Tourism Office/Sports Industry; revises provisions re duty of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to serve as contract administrator for state in contracts with Enterprise Florida, Inc, Florida Commission on Tourism, & directsupport organization created to promote sports industry; provides for assets held in trust by contracted party upon dissolution of said party or termination of contract to revert to state for use by office, etc. Amends 14.2015, 288.1224.
