GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Diaz-Balart
Credit Insurance; authorizes individuals & entities holding credit life or disability insurance license to sell credit insurance; modifies requirements for licensure; requires certain disclosures to be made within specified time upon sale of credit life insurance; allows borrower specified time from date of such disclosures to rescind coverage. Amends 626.321, 627.679.
