SB 1622: State Uniform Traffic Control
GENERAL BILL by Dyer
State Uniform Traffic Control; directs HSMV to provide for issuance of medical exemption certificates to certain persons who may operate motor vehicle with sunscreening materials that are not in compliance with state law; provides for exemptions for certain law enforcement vehicle; provides for fee; revises standards for window tinting; provides penalties; prohibits material that alters light color from being placed over headlamp, etc. Amends Ch. 316.
