Civil Service Act of 2000; (Hillsborough Co.) consolidates, compiles, codifies, revises for purposes of clarifying, & streamlining extant law; continues rights, privileges, & benefits accrued by certain employees; provides mandatory & optional applicability of act; provides for establishment & use of initial employment lists & promotional lists & deletes requirement that employment eligibility lists be canceled after 6 months, etc.
