Public Records/Trade Secrets; provides exemption from public records requirements for trade secrets received by agency procuring commodities or services; requires person filing such material with agency to file affidavit of confidentiality & provides requirements with respect thereto; specifies effect of finding that material is not trade secret information; provides for future review & repeal & finding of public necessity, etc. Creates 287.0573.
