Nursing Home Facilities/Receivership; provides conditions under which AHCA must petition court for appointment of receiver for facility; prescribes term of receivership; authorizes agency to adopt rules; provides funds for administering receivership from Resident Protection Trust Fund; removes limitation on term of appointment of receiver. Amends 400.126.
