Motor Vehicle NoFault Law re short title, purpose, definition, required security, proof of security, personal injury protection benefits, tort exemption, personal injury protection optional limitations & deductions, notification of insured's rights, joinder of claims, & insurer's right of reimbursement. Repeals 627.730.7405.
