Mandatory Sentences/Sexual Offenses; defines "repeat sexual felony offender"; provides within definition category of enumerated felony offenses in violation of specified provision re sexual battery; requires court to sentence defendant as repeat sexual felony offender & impose 10year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment under specified circumstances when defendant is to be sentenced for committing or attempting to commit any of enumerated felony violations, etc. Amends FS.
