Banking; provides legislative intent; specifies certain deposits as payondeath designated accounts under certain circumstances; revises definition of banker's bank; provides criteria for formation of banker's bank; provides application; revises condition for issuance of authorized but unissued bank or trust company capital stock; repeals provision re deposits in trust. Amends 658.12,.165,.34; repeals 655.81.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
