Florida Airport Authority Act; creates said act; provides that county or contiguous counties may form airport authority; provides for issuance of bonds; provides that county may be appointed as authority's agent for construction; provides for acquisition of lands & property; provides covenant of state re bond issuance & agreements with federal agencies; provides exemption from taxation, etc. Creates 332.201.211.
