Florida Airport Authority Act; creates said act; provides certain counties shall form airport authority; provides that certain former military facilities redeveloped & operated as airport shall be redeveloped & operated by authority under act, & provides for membership of governing body of such authorities; provides for issuance of bonds; provides that county may be appointed as authority's agent for construction, etc. Creates 332.201.211.
