GENERAL BILL by Finance & Taxation ; Alexander ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Spratt

Environmental Control; provides requirements for citrus juice processing facilities re obtaining air pollution, construction, & operations permits; requires certification of information submitted by citrus juice processing facilities to DEP; provides affirmative defense to certain enforcement actions; requires DEP to issue separate acid rain permit for specified major sources of air pollution upon request of applicant, etc. Creates 403.08725; amends 120.80, 403.0872.
