School Emergency Preparedness; requires district school boards to establish emergency preparedness procedures for certain life-threatening emergencies; requires each district school board to adopt emergency management & said procedures according to minimum standards & model procedures established by DOE; requires school health services plans to include provisions for infectious material exposure control, etc. Amends 230.23, 232.465, 235.14, 381.0056.
