GENERAL BILL by Juvenile Justice ; Merchant ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Frankel ; Ryan ; Patterson ; Green ; Bainter ; Tullis ; Barreiro ; Lawson ; Ritchie ; Farkas

Juveniles/Classification & Placement; revises definitions re restrictiveness levels; provides additional intake screening requirements; provides for special detention order to allow comprehensive evaluation upon finding of delinquency; provides for court-ordered educational needs assessments for certain children under certain circumstances; authorizes predispositional report upon finding of delinquency, etc. Amends Ch. 985.
