GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Environmental Protection ; Water & Resource Management ; Alexander ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Betancourt ; Smith ; Boyd ; Cantens ; Casey

Water Resources; directs DEP to initiate rulemaking, by specified date, to address facilities that discharge demineralization concentrate; provides permitting requirements re failure of toxicity tests due to naturally occurring constituents; provides for classification & permitting of aquifer storage & recovery wells; creates Florida State-Owned-Lands Cleanup Program; provides for Brownfield Redevelopment Grants Program in DEP, etc. Amends FS.
