Consumer Credit Reporting; requires consumer credit reporting agencies to establish requirements re furnishing of consumer credit reports to prospective users of such reports; requires said agencies to follow specified procedures to assure accuracy of information concerning individuals who are subject of consumer credit reports; requires consumer credit reporting agencies to reinvestigate certain items of information disputed by consumer, etc. Creates 817.569.
