Consumer Protection; requires certain health studio contract refunds to be issued within time certain; specifies additional info required in certain business opportunity contract disclosure statements; revises application of requirements for certain securities re selling business opportunities; revises certain requirements for motor vehicle repair shop registrations, etc. Amends Chs. 325, 501, 559; repeals 559.903(5).
