Ritta Drainage District; (Palm Beach & Hendry Counties) provides for codification of special laws re special districts pursuant to specified provisions re said district, special tax district of State of Florida composed of Counties of Palm Beach & Hendry; provides legislative intent, & codifies & reenacts specified provisions; provides for minimum charter requirements; provides for ratification of prior actions; provides for repeal of all prior special acts re district, etc.
