Palm Beach Co. Health Care Act; amends provisions, as amended, re said act; changes name of Palm Beach Co. Health Care District to "Health Care District of Palm Beach Co."; authorizes District to implement school health programs; updates references to Co. Public Health Department; authorizes establishment of & grant of powers to District-owned hospital management board under certain conditions; provides for establishment of Glades Area Rural Support Board, etc.
