GENERAL BILL by Cowin

Education (RAB); authorizes State Board of Education to adopt rules to administer educational planning & information system of DOE; authorizes said board to establish course requirements for specified courses; requires that school board's policy authorizing absences for religious instruction or holidays be in accordance with rules of said board; authorizes board to adopt rules for certain programs & courses, etc. Amends Chs. 229, 232, 236, 240, 295.
