GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Sullivan
Public Records/Certified Capital Co.; provides exemptions from public records requirements for information obtained from certified capital company during investigation or review by Banking & Finance Dept., certain reports related thereto, & certain personal info. re investigative personnel, customers, complainants, & others; provides privilege against civil liability & for release to certain entities; provides for future review & repeal & finding of public necessity. Amends 288.99.
