McGriff-Mannix Act/Rip Currents; creates "McGriff-Mannix Act"; provides for cooperative effort among state agencies & local governments to plan for & assist in placement of rip current warning signs; provides that DCA shall direct & coordinate program; requires development of uniform rip current warning sign; authorizes department to coordinate distribution & erection of rip current warning signs; limits liability of participating governmental entities, etc. Creates 380.275.
