GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Utilities & Communications ; Arnall

Electronic Commerce; creates "Uniform Electronic Transaction Act"; provides for use of electronic records & signatures; provides for variation by agreement among parties using electronic records & signatures; creates State Technology Office within DMS; requires office to develop program for on-line procurement of commodities & contractual services; requires Enterprise Florida, Inc. to create & implement marketing & image campaign, etc. Amends FS.
