Information Technology Management; creates State Technology Office within DMS; requires office to provide support & guidance to all state agencies in order to enhance state's use & management of information technology resources; provides for enterprise resource planning & management by each state agency in consultation with office; directs office to create Task Force on Privacy & Technology, etc. Amends Ch. 282, 20.22, 119.07,.083, 216.0446, 287.073.
