CS/SB 2474: Information Technology Management
GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Latvala
Information Technology Management; provides legislative findings & creates State Technology Office within DMS; requires office to provide support & guidance to all state agencies in order to enhance state's use & management of information technology resources; provides for study & recommendations concerning online voting; directs said office to create Task Force on Privacy & Technology, etc. Amends Ch. 282, 119.07, 287.073.
