GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla

Explosives; prohibits State Fire Marshal Division of DOI from issuing user license to applicant who has not demonstrated financial responsibility; authorizes division to prescribe by rule amount of financial responsibility within specified limits; requires division to adopt rules prescribing distance from residential area within which explosives may not be used; provides for injunctive relief, etc. Creates 552.095; amends 552.13,.161.
