Operating Vehicles & Vessels/DUI; provides that previous conviction for purposes of violating this section includes alcohol or drug related boating offenses; provides for additional period of probation where court orders restitution re driving under influence; amends provision re probation services for defendants found guilty of misdemeanors involving use of alcohol; conforms provisions to changes made by act. Amends 316.193, 948.15.
