JOINT RESOLUTION by Harrington ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenio
Taxation; constitutional amendment to require that, effective January 1, 2001, any law that imposes tax, expands tax base, increases tax rate, or repeals tax exemption be enacted in separate bill by threefifths vote of each house of Legislature. Amends s. 1, Art. VII; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
