Offenses by Public Servants; authorizes Statewide Prosecution Office to prosecute violations of chapter on Bribery; Misuse of Public Office; provides criteria for placement & removal of names on convicted vendor list; provides criminal penalties for official misconduct, criminal misuse of official position, disclosure or use of confidential criminal justice information, & bid tampering, etc. Amends Ch. 838, 16.56, 287.133, 837.02, 839.25, 921.0022.
