GENERAL BILL by Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lacasa ; Rayson ; Sanderson

Windstorm Property Insurance; limits insurer's use of certain methods of determining hurricane loss factors under certain circumstances; revises membership of board of directors of windstorm insurance risk apportionment association's plan of operation; deletes authorization for association to require arbitration of certain rate filings; prohibits association from accepting applications for coverage for certain risks in certain deauthorized areas, etc. Amends Ch. 627.
