Student Athletes/Procedures/Arrests; requires State Board of Education to adopt by rule uniform procedures to be implemented when student athlete is arrested for crime; provides for such procedures to apply to State University System, community colleges, & institutions that receive state funds; defines term "student athlete"; requires that notice be provided to faculty & students.
