GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla
Public Lodging/Emergency/Evacuation; authorizes said establishment that provides accommodations to evacuees during declared state of emergency or ordered evacuation to charge emergency rate during specified period following state of emergency or evacuation; provides for calculating emergency rate; authorizes DBPR to grant certain variances to emergency rate; requires that DBPR adopt rules, etc. Creates 509.2017.
