GENERAL BILL by Tourism ; Starks ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sobel ; Bush ; Farkas ; Argenziano ; Diaz de la Portilla ; Hafner ; Casey
Florida State Boxing Commission; requires one member of Fla. State Boxing Commission to be licensed physician; increases penalty for participating in or promoting toughman or badman competition; provides requirements for ringside physicians; provides criminal penalty for attempting to obtain license by means of fraudulent information; authorizes commission to adopt rules which provide for background investigations of applicants for licensure, etc. Amends Ch. 548.
